Terms and Conditions

Order and Delivery

1. All the refrigerated items are not available for delivery.

2. For the delivery of goods, customers can choose to use self-arranged delivery service or using AA Pharmacy appointed delivery company.

3. The delivery fee will be decided based on the distance between the outlet and the delivery address. AA Pharmacy does not include any extra charges other than the price of the goods.

4. The outlet will inform the customer on the delivery fee prior the payment. The delivery fee will be paid by the customer.

5. Customer must be present to receive the goods at the address given. In case that the personal collection is not possible, the customer needs to appoint a representative to receive the good on behalf.

6. Delivery service is available at all AA Pharmacy outlets.

Time of Delivery:

Area Time Frame
Klang Valley 1 to 3 working days (During outlet operating hour)
Other than Klang Valley 2 to 5 working days

7. Upon the delivery of goods, the customer shall check on the physical condition of the goods and should inform the outlet immediately if found any discrepancies or damages

8. The delivery fee is not applicable to membership point.

9. All goods sold are non-refundable.

10. Exchange can only be done within 3 days from the day of receiving the goods.

11. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms.

Payment Method
  1. Full payment must be made to the selected outlet bank account before the delivery.
  2. Customer must provide the payment acknowledgement slip to the outlet for verification via Whatsapp or email.
  3. The verification of the payment may take 1 to 3 working days.
  4. Customer is not allowed to change the delivery address once the order and payment is made.
  5. The price of goods sold will be the outlet’s price at the time of purchase.
  6. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised Terms.
