• Upon online registration as a new AA VIP Member in our E-Store website
• Upon online registration using Google/ Facebook account
• Live Chat / Messenger / Phone Call / SMS / Email or any other means of contacting us
• When purchases are successfully made at our E-Store
• Participating in any of our online and offline surveys / competitions
• Responding to any online and offline marketing materials
• When providing feedback or lodging a complaint
• Any additional information you may provide to us on occasions

From Third Party we are in connection with:

• We may also retrieve your Personal Information from third parties whereby you have given your consent for the disclosure of any of your Personal Information.

USAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• For account registration as AA VIP Member
• For administrative and operational purposes (Proper bookkeeping)
• For marketing purposes such as sending promotional materials and advertising

• Any other purposes that serve to improve AA Pharmacy’s business growth

ACCESSING AND AMENDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• You are entitled to have access to your personal information and to make any amendments whenever deemed necessary through the AA Mobile App or AA E-Store Account. 

OBLIGATIONS WHEN PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

• You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date Personal Information upon Registration as AA VIP Member.
• Incomplete Personal Information will result in unsuccessful membership applications leading to missing out on Membership benefits (For more information regarding AA VIP Membership, please refer to https://www.corporate.aapharmacy.com.my/membership/).

CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION 

• Should there be a transfer of your personal information across other countries, AA Pharmacy shall take reasonable steps to ensure the related bodies manage the information lawfully.

• This Privacy Statement may undergo amendments from time to time and the updated version shall override former versions.
