SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays. Parcels will be delivered using your preferred courier company to your address. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment. Any changes to the delivery address is NOT POSSIBLE after payment is made. In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp +6011-57706396 to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 working days

Within East Malaysia: 3-5 working days

All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

SHIPPING

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate for different couriers can be viewed upon checkout. Customer may choose your own preferred courier. 

In general, we will be using PosLaju or Ninja Van for all the orders with a maximum weight of 30kg.
