21st Century Children's Vapor Balm is a medicated ointment with strawberry fragrance specially formulated for children of all ages – for blocked nose, coughs and muscle pain and aches due to colds.

Directions for use:

• Children 2 years and above: Apply a sufficient amount to the chest or the affected area up to 3 times daily as needed.
• This has 2 effects:
  The Vapor effect: The medicinal vapors from the balm are inhaled to clear blocked nose and to ease breathing and coughing.
  The Warming effect: This soothes muscular aches and pains caused by colds.
• Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin.
