Bepanthen First Aid Cream disinfects without stinging and promotes natural healing. Applied to superficial wounds, it prevents or combats infection and promotes natural healing. Bepanthen First Aid contains chlorhexidine, a non-stinging antiseptic which is active against bacteria present on the skin or in contaminated wounds and which is therefore capable of preventing or controlling wound infection. Bepanthen First Aid also contains the active ingredient dex-panthenol, which is converted in the skin to pantothenic acid, a vitamin that accelerates the formation of new tissue and enhances scar solidity.


Bepanthen First Aid is easy to apply and wash off. It is non-greasy and does not stick to the skin.

 

Bepanthen First Aid Cream is used for the treatment of:

  • Superficial/minor wounds of any kind when there is a risk of infection: e.g. abrasions, small cuts, scratches, fissures, rhagades,mild burns, sores and ulcers.
  • Infected skin irritations.
  • Skin damage and external surgical wounds, in minor surgery.


Directions for Use:

  • Clean the wound as thoroughly as possible and apply a thin layer of Bepanthen First Aid on inflamed skin areas.
  • Apply Bepanthen First Aid several times a day until the wound has healed.
  • Application over extensive skin areas should be avoided.
  • Dressings may, but need not, be used.


Active Ingredients:
Each gram contains 50mg dexpanthenol and 5mg chlorhexidine hydrochloride.


Caution:

  • You must not use Bepanthen First Aid any longer is an allergic reaction occurs.
  • Bepanthen First Aid should not be used on serious, deep or highly contaminated wounds. Such wounds require medical attention.
  • Do not allow Bepanthen First Aid to come into contact with the eyes, ears or mucuour membranes.
  • If symptoms persist or condition worsens, consult your doctor.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
