BioGaia Probiotic Chewable Tablet 3x10's

BioGaia tablet is a food supplement containing the patented lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus reuteri™ (L. reuteri DSM 17938) that helps the good microorganisms restore a natural balance in the gut. Because L. reuteri naturally colonizes humans it has a strong adaptation to persist and interact with humans. L. reuteri has been tested in more than 229 clinical trials and proven effective and safe for children.
Scientifically proven indications of BioGaia Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 (Results are published in scientific journals):
- Constipation
- Treatment for functional abdominal pain (FAP)
- Treatment for acute gastroenteritis
- Infection protection
- Reduce antibiotic-associated side effects
- Prevention of H. pylori infection
- Prevention of allergies before birth
- To boost immune system for overall health
Suitable and safe for:
- Toddlers above 3 years old.
- Pregnant and lactating moms.

Dosage and Directions For Use:
- 1-2 chewable tablets per day. Use regularly for good gut health or when temporary stomach discomfort occurs.
- 1 tablets consists of a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri.
- Recommended dose should not be exceeded. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect due to the content of sweeteners in the product.
- This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
- This product can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Ingredients:
Bulking agent (isomalt), sweetener (xylitol), L. reuteri DSM 17938, palm oil, natural lemon flavouring and flavour enhancer (citric acid).
Storage:
- Store in a dry place, not above room temperature (max 30°C).
- Keep out of reach of children.
Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
Orders will be delivered:
Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days
Return & Refund Policy
AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.
This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.
Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
