Bonjela is a pain relieving gel which also reduces inflammation and helps fight infection in teething, mouth ulcers, denture sore spots and cold sores. Bonjela Gel is clinically shown to aid the healing and relieve the pain of mouth ulcers caused by braces and dentures. 

Directions for use:

  • CHILDREN from 4 months: Using a clean finger, massage approximately one half of a centimetre of bonjela onto the sore area. This can be repeated after 3 hours. No more than 6 doses in 24 hours.
  • Not suitable for babies under 4 months.
  • ADULTS: Massage approximately one centimetre of bonjela onto the sore area. This can be repeated after 3 hours.
  • DENTURE SORES: Massage approximately one centimetre of bonjela onto the sore area and leave at least 30 minutes before reinserting the dentures. Do not apply bonjela directly to the dentures.

Ingredients:

Choline salicylate 8.714% w/w, cetalkonium chloride 0.010% w/w and also contains ethanol (33.45% w/w), glycerol, menthol, hypromellose 4500, star anise oil, sodium saccharin and water. 

Caution:

  • For topical oral use. Check that the cap seal is unbroken before first using this product. 
  • Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to salicylates or any other ingredients. Reactions such as asthma attacks may occasionally occur in people sensitive to salicylates.
  • Do not use this product if you are taking medicine for blood clots or gout or if you have a stomach ulcer. 
  • If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or you have a stomach disorder, consult your pharmacist, doctor or dentist.
  • Preparations containing aspirin should not be given to children under 16 during bonjela treatment.

 

 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
