Aloclair® Plus Oral Rinse forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa of the oral cavity affording a mechanical barrier to the affected areas thus relieving the pain caused by exposed nerve endings. Aloclair® Plus Oral Rinse promotes healing and helps in the management of pain caused by small lesions in the mouth such as those due to aphthous ulcers, aphthous stomatitis, and minor lesions; chafing and traumatic ulcers caused by braces and ill-fitting dentures and lesions of surgical origins. It is also indicated for diffuse aphthous ulcers. The hyaluronic acid and the Aloe vera in the formulation support the natural healing process. Aloclair® Plus Oral Rinse is suitable for use in adults and children of all ages. 

Product Features:

Directions For Use:

  • Fill the measuring cap provided to the 10mL indicator mark. Rinse around the mouth for at least one minute before expectorating. 
  • Use 3-4 times a day, or as needed. 
  • For best results, avoid eating or drinking for at least one hour after application. 
  • Aloclair® Plus Oral Rinse is safe if ingested. 

Ingredients: 
Aqua, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), maltodextrin, propylene glycol, aloe barbadensis, hydroxyethylcellulose, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, disodium EDTA, benzalkonium chloride, sodium hyaluronate, aroma, sodium saccharin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate. 

Cautions:

  • Do not use if bottle is damaged or leaking.
  • Store at room temperature, away from direct heat.
  • Keep out of the reach of children. 
  • The use of Aloclair® Plus Oral Rinse is contraindicated in any patient with a known history of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. If you frequently suffer from mouth ulcers, seek medical advice. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
