Dosage and Directions For Use: 

• Children 1 year and above: 1 softgel daily after meal (empty softgel content into milk or juice).
• Adults: 2 softgels daily after meal.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding: 2 softgels twice daily after meal.

Ingredients:

• Fish oil 500mg (provides 250mg DHA, 75mg EPA)
• Vitamin E 20IU (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate)
