Ego QV Face Gentle Cleanser 250mL

QV Face Gentle Cleanser is a lightly foaming, soap-free face wash enriched with Ceramides, Safflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E (Tocopherol) that gently cleanses dry or sensitive skin leaving it feeling clean and soft. Use morning and night for a healthy glow, soft and supple skin.

Product Features and Benefits:

  • Creamy formulation with a blend of gentle surfactants and moisturizers to gently cleanse the skin, help protect against the drying effect of cleansing and leaves skin feeling fresh and soft. 
  • Enriched with Ceramides EOP, AP and NP, Safflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E (Tocopherol).
  • Contains antioxidant Vitamin E (Tocopherol), an antioxidant that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 
  • Gently cleanses the delicate face and neck area. 
  • Soap free, does not strip away natural oils like soap can.
  • pH-balanced, low-irritant formulation, free from fragrance, colour, Lanolin and Propylene Glycol to help reduce the chance of irritation.
  • Non-comedogenic, so it won't block pores.
  • Dermatologically-tested.
  • Vegan-friendly, contains no animal derived ingredients.
  • Suitable for normal to dry, sensitive skin. 

Directions For Use:

  • Use morning and night.
  • Moisten face with water.
  • Lather a small amount of cleanser on hands then gently massage onto face and neck.
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Aqua (Water), Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Petrolatum (Soft White Paraffin), Glycerin, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Xanthan Gum, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Polyacrylate, Citric Acid, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Ceramide EOP, Ceramide AP, Ceramide NP, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Carbomer. 

Cautions:

  • For external use only.
  • Avoid eyes. If lather enters the eyes, rinse with clean water immediately.
  • Store below 25°C.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
