Friso® Gold Mum milk powder has low glycemic index – The glycaemic index (GI) is a rating system for foods containing carbohydrates. It shows how quickly food affects your blood sugar (glucose) level when eaten on its own. The low glycemic index (GI) could help the mother avoid being overweight during pregnancy.

Directions for use:

Mix 4 scoops of powder in 180ml of boiled water (<40°C). Boiled water must be cooled to below 40°C (lukewarm) before preparing milk formula. Recommended 1-2 servings per day.

Lactis HN019 (contains 1.46 x 10⁷ cfu/100g at time of manufacturing), phytomenadione, sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, flavouring substances and emulsifier (soy lecithin INS 322) and antioxidant (mixed tocopherols concentrate (from soy)).
