Hemo Rid CT contains micronised diosmin and micronised hesperidin as the active ingredients. These combination of active ingredients are used for the treatment of function symptoms related to acute hemorrhoidal attack. It is also used for the treatment of symptoms related to venolymphatic insufficiency (heavy legs, pain, early morning restless legs).


Hemo Rid CT is thought to improve capillary function by reducing abnormal leakage.


Indications:

  • For the treatment of functional symptoms related to acute hemorrhoidal attacks.
  • Treatment of symptoms related to venolymphatic insufficiency (heavy legs, pain, early morning restless legs).


Directions for Use:

  • The dosage of Hemo Rid CT will depend on the severity of the disease.
  • Chronic Haemorrhoids: 2 tablets daily in 2 divided doses, midday and evening at meal times.
  • Acute Hemorrhoidal Attack: 6 tablets daily in 2 divided doses, for 4 days and then 4 tablets daily in 2 divided doses for 3 days. Tablets are to be taken after meals.
  • Chronic Venous Insufficiency: 2 tablets daily in 2 divided doses, midday and evening at meal times.


Ingredients:

  • Each Hemo Rid CT Tablet contains 450mg of micronized diosmin and 50mg of micronized hesperidin.
  • Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose 101, Light Kaolin, Povidone 30, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Opadry Brown 04K665001.


Caution:

  • Do not take Hemo Rid CT if you are allergic to diosmin or hesperidin.
  • Take Hemo Rid CT as your doctor has prescribed.
  • Hemo Rid CT should not be given to breastfeeding mothers.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
