What is Hiruscar Gel?
Hiruscar is a quick-absorbing, non-greasy and film-free clear scar treatment gel that helps reduce scar visibility.

Hiruscar gel can be used for all scar types and is safe to be used on the face and body due to its skin-friendly formula. It also improves and dissipates wounds naturally while softening thick marks. Its lightweight, clear gel formula makes it easy to apply and be absorbed. 

Hiruscar gel improves skin flawed with scars such as surgery marks by healing and softening them. It also prevents the onset of bulging red scars that usually appear after wounds have just healed.

When to use Hiruscar?
Treat skin affected with scars or even prevent them from appearing in various causes such as minor cuts, accidents, burning, chicken pox and also hypertrophic and keloid scars.

Overcoming Scars with Hiruscar
Smoothen and soften both raised and sunken scar conditions from various causes such as minor cuts, accidents, burning, chicken pox and also bugs bites. 

  • Mucopolysaccharides (MPS) : speeds up the productivity of hyaluronic acid that increases skin cells ability to retain moisture. This results in softened scars, better oxygen and nutrients circulation in the skin's epidermis layer. 
  • Vitamin B3 : prevention from darkening of the scar, lighten dark marks of scar.
  • Allium Cepa (onion extract) : helps prevent the building of excessive tissue. It also lightens scar appearance by assisting in cell rejuvenation, thereby restoring the skin tissue to a softer and more natural appearance.

Directions for Use:
Gently apply Hiruscar on closed wounds 2-3 times a day.

  • For facial use, apply the gel before applying moisturizer or makeup for more effective absorbance.
  • For old scars that are thick and bulging, massage the affected area for 2-3 minutes, 3-4 times a day and continue do this for approximately 4-6 months.

To prevent fresh wounds from leaving scars, once the wound has closed, apply Hiruscar continually for 4-8 weeks. 6-8 weeks of continual treatment is suggested for surgery and acne marks. 8 weeks of continuous treatment is suggested for burns from fires, exhaust pipes or hot water.

  1. When can I start using Hiruscar?
    It is best to start using Hiruscar as soon as the wounds has closed.
  2. Can Hiruscar be used on children?
    No, however, there is a Hiruscar Kids gel, specially formulated for kids above the age of 2 years.
  3. How long should I use Hiruscar for? 
    4-6 months for thich and bulging old scars, 4-8 weeks for fresh and new scars, 6-8 weeks for scars that result from surgery and acne marks and 8 weeks for scars that are a result of burns from fires, exhaust pipes or hot water.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
