What is Hiruscar Kids?
A topical gel for kids from Switzerland with 5 molecules, Allium Cepa, Oat Extract, MPS (Mucopolysaccharide polysulphate), Allantaoin and Aloe Vera, as heroes to look after their childhood scars.
The simplest, safest and most convenient way to improve a scar is to use a gel that has been proven to be gentle, safe, non-allergenic and able to make the scar looks less noticeable and smoother. The gel can be absorbed to restore the skin to its natural softness and smoothness.

How does Hiruscar Kids Reduce Scars?
5 powerful active ingredients to effectively reduce visibility of children's scars and dark marks.
- Mucopolysaccharides (MPS) : helps to moisturise and soften existing scars
- Allium Cepa (onion extract) : helps to improve scar appearance like darkness, texture and softness
- Oat Extract : antioxidant and skin soothing properties helps to moisturise and soothe the skin
- Allantoin : helps to remove dead cells and moisturise the skin
- Aloe vera : helps to improve moisturizing effect and soothe the skin
When to use Hiruscar Kids?
Hiruscar Kids gel works effectively against kids' scars of less than 2 years old resulting from minor cuts, scratches, injuries and dark marks from insect bites. It can be used on the face and body due to its skin-friendly formula.
Directions for Use:
Gently apply Hiruscar Kids to close wounds 2-3 times daily, spreading outwards from centre of scar. For existing scars, apply generously to the scar and massage gently for 2-3 minutes, 3-4 times a day. To prevent fresh wounds from leaving scars, once the wound has closed, apply 2-3 times a day.

Hiruscar Kids gel is suitable for use on kids aged 2 years and above.
Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
Orders will be delivered:
Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days
Return & Refund Policy
AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.
This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.
Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
