Dosage and Directions For Use:
Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily with or after meals.

Ingredients:

• Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) root extract standardized to contain minimum 95% curcuminoids 400mg
• Black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit extract standardized to contain minimum 95% piperine (Bioperine®) 2.5mg

Cautions:

• Contraindicated in pregnant women. Insufficient reliable data in breastfeeding women.
