Knee and joint pain relief heat patch provides targeted, pain relief of joint stiffness, sprains and strains. Heat therapy increases blood flow to the affected area, providing oxygen and nutrients to aid the muscle healing process and reduce inflammation to help speed recovery.

Directions For Use: 

• Open patch and paste on area that needs relief. 
• Wait for 5 minutes, patch will heat up by itself. It takes 5-15 minutes for the patch to heat up completely.
• After every 1 hour, remove patch for 5 minutes to let skin rest. 

Cautions:

• For external use only. 
• May cause burns when in contact for prolonged time. 
• Check skin frequently during use, if you find irritation or a burn, remove patch immediately. 
• Discontinue use if heat becomes too hot. 
• If ingested or patch contents come in contact with eyes/mouth, rinse affected area with water and see doctor immediately.
