NUTREN® GlucoBalance™ with Real Coffee is a nutritionally balanced, complete formula for oral consumption, designed for people with prediabetes or diabetes. It can be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a meal replacement. It can also be part of a healthy diabetic meal plan as a between-meal snack. NUTREN® GLUCOBALANCE™ with Real Coffee meets the International Diabetes Guidelines. It is gluten free.

Product Features and Benefits: 

  • 60% protein contributed from whey protein. Protein helps in muscle tissue building and repair. 
  • Nutren® GlucoBalance™ contains low glycemic index (GI) carbohydrate which is slowly digested and absorbed. Products with low GI release glucose more slowly into the body, leading to a lower and slower rise in blood sugar levels when consumed with a well-controlled daily diet. 
  • High fibre, multisource of fibre: Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gumm (PHGG), Acacia Gum, Fructo-Oligosaccharide (FOS), Inulin. 
  • Formulated according to International Diabetes Guidelines. 

Directions For Use:

  • Add one sachet of NUTREN® GLUCOBALANCE™ with Real Coffee to 210ml of cold or warm water (max 50ºC). Do not use boiling water.
  • Shake and mix well with a shaker.
  • Alternatively stir and blend with egg beater or fork or spoon to dissolve.
  • Consume right after preparation. 
  • Recommended 2 servings per day or as consulted by healthcare professional.
  • All prepared products should be consumed within 4 hours.
  • For the unused portion, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

Ingredients:
Vegetable oil (canola oil), corn starch, cow's milk protein (12.7% whey protein, 8.2% caseinate), fibre (partially hydrolized guar gum, acacia gum, oligofructose, inulin), isomaltulose (7.3%), instant coffee (4.4%), minerals (calcium carbonate, sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium phosphate, magnesium oxide, ferrous fumarate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite), vitamin premix (C, E, niacin, calcium pantothenate, B6, B1, B2, A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12), choline bitartrate, inositol, sweetener (acesulfame potassium), L-Carnitine, taurine. May contain soya. 

Storage:

  • Unopened, store in a cool dry place. 

Cautions: 

  • Contains vitamin K. Individuals taking warfarin shall seek medical advice before consuming this product.

  • Suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
  • Not for intravenous use. 
  • Not suitable for children below 4 years of age.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
