Nicorette Icy Mint comes in 2mg or 4mg strength to let you choose the right strength based on how much you smoke.

2mg - <20 cigarettes per day

4mg - ≥20 cigarettes per day/ smoking the first cigarette within 30 minutes of waking up

 

The nicotine absorbs quickly through your mouth lining, working fast to relieve your cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

 

Directions for use:

  1. Chew the gum slowly until the taste becomes strong.
  2. When the taste is strong, rest the gum between your mouth's jaw and cheek. The nicotine is absorbed by your mouth's lining.
  3. After the taste has faded, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again.
  4. Keep repeating steps 2 and 3 for about 30 minutes.
  • Chew a piece of gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke. 
  • It is recommended to gradually reduce the number of pieces of gum that you chew each day.
  • As a guide:
Week 1 – 12 8-12 Pieces Per Day
Week 13 – 14 4-6 Pieces Per Day
Week 15 – 16 2-3 Pieces Per Day Before Weaning Off. 1 Piece If The Urge To Smoke Returns

 

Active Ingredient:

Nicotine 2mg

Inactive Ingredients:

Chewing gum base, levomenthol, acesulfame potassium, talc, magnesium oxide (light), xylitol, peppermint oil, sodium carbonate anhydrous, and sodium hydrogen carbonate.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
