Directions for use:

1. Tear off about 45cm of dental floss. Wind most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 2.5-5cm of floss to work with.
2. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers.
3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss into your gums, as this can cause irritation.
4. Curve the floss around the base of one tooth, creating a 'C' shape. Gently slide the floss up and down alone the side of the tooth, making sure to go slightly below the gumline. This helps to remove plaque and debris. 
5. Move the floss to the adjacent tooth and repeat the curving and sliding motion to clean its side as well.
6. As you move between teeth, unwind a clean section of floss from your fingers to ensure you are using a fresh part of the floss for each tooth gap.
7. Use a gentle touch to avoid damaging your gums. If you find resistance, ease the floss gently rather than forcing it.
8. Continue moving from tooth to tooth, using a new section of floss for each gap. Make sure to clean both sides of each tooth and reach the back molars.
9. After flossing, rinse your mouth to remove any dislodged debris. Dispose the used floss in a trash bin.
10. Floss at least once a day, preferably before brushing your teeth. Consistensy is key to maintaining optimal oral health.
