Directions for use:
- Place the tongue cleaner at the back of your tongue.
- Press the tongue cleaner’s bristles against your tongue and move it slowly forward. Use gentle pressure to avoid causing any discomfort.
- Move the tongue cleaner’s bristles in a sweeping motion from the back of your tongue to the front. This helps remove debris and bacteria from the tongue’s surface.
- Repeat the brushing motion 2-3 times, ensuring you cover the entire surface of your tongue. Rinse the tongue cleaner’s bristles between each pass to remove accumulated debris.
- After you finish brushing your tongue, rinse your mouth with water.
