Panadol Soluble 500mg Effervescent Tablet 5x4's (Lemon Flavour)

Panadol Soluble Lemon tablets break down in contact with water, dissolving into a lemon-flavoured oral solution. 

Indications: Relieves fever and aches related to cold and flu, and mild to moderate pain including headache (including migraine), toothache, sore throat, muscle ache and period pain.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

  • Adults (including the elderly) and children 12 years and above: 1-2 tablets to be dissolved in at least half a glass of water, every 4-6 hours as required. Maximum daily dose: 4000mg (8 tablets).
  • Children 9-11 years: 1 tablet to be dissolved in at least half a glass of water, every 4-6 hours as required. Maximum daily dose:60mg/kg to be taken in divided doses throughout the 24-hour period, no more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
  • Wait until the tablet(s) are fully dissolved and have stopped fizzing, then drink the resulting oral solution.
  • Do not give to children under the age of 9 years.
  • Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. 
  • Do not exceed the stated dose.
  • Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. 
  • Maximum duration of continued use without medical advice: 3 days. 

Cautions: 

  • Not recommended for children under 9 years.
  • Do not use if you are is allergic to paracetamol.
  • Allergy alert: Paracetamol may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters and rash. If these reactions occur, stop use and seek medical assistance right away. 
  • Do not use this medicine if you are taking any other prescription or non-prescription medicines containing paracetamol to treat pain, fever, symptoms of cold and flu, or to aid sleep. 
  • Do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicines at the same time.
  • If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, please see your doctor. 
  • Each soluble tablet contains 427mg of sodium per tablet. To be taken into consideration if you are on a sodium-controlled diet.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
