Panaflex Muscle & Joint Pain Relief Patch penetrates through skin to help relieve and soothe back, neck and muscle pain. It provides immediate cooling effect.


Indication:
Relief of muscular and joint pain in various parts of the body such as shoulder, neck, waist, back, elbow and knee. 


Directions for Use:

  • For topical use only. Apply patch only to intact, non-diseased skin and not to skin wounds.
  • Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
  • For use in adults and children aged 12 years and above: Apply to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day. Use one patch at a time. (Maximum dose: 4 patches in a day).
  • Sweat and dirt may reduce the adhesion of the patch. Clean and dry the affected area to increase the adhesiveness.
  • Open the pouch and take out a patch. Peel off protective backing.
  • Apply sticky side to affected area.
  • Adhesive sheet is readily cut into 6 small pieces.
  • Peel off 2 small pieces of adhesive sheet, stick at the edge of patch to prevent patch from moving.
  • After application, wash your hands.
  • If the pain does not improve within 7 days of starting treatment, or if it gets worse, seek medical advice from your doctor or pharmacist. 


Precaution:

  • Do NOT use Panaflex Pain Relief Patch on infants under 2 years of age and on children under 12 years old, unless directed by a healthcare professional. Fits (seizures) may occur in children with a previous history of fits.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
  • Do not use this product with external heat, such as electric heating pad.
  • Avoid this product from getting in contact with the nostrils of infants and children. Small amounts of camphor exposed to infants and children may cause immediate collapse.
  • Some people may experience discomfort, particularly those with sensitive skin, if this product is used after a bath. Discontinue the treatment if excessive skin irritation occurs.
  • Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medicines used to prevent blood-clots ('blood thinners' and anticoagulants), as it may result in increased risk of bleeding. 


Active Ingredients:

  • Glycol Salicylate - 1.5% w/w
  • L-Menthol - 1.0% w/w
  • DL-Camphor - 0.5% w/w
  • DL-α-Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E) - 0.3% w/w


Inactive Ingredients:
Glycerin, Tartaric acid, Sorbitol solution, Kaolin, Titanium dioxide, Purified water, Sodium polyacrylate, Silicon dioxide, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polysorbate 80, Sorbitan monooleate, Carboxymethylcellulose sodium, Sodium polyacrylate starch, PVA solution. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
