Complete, Balanced Nutrition to Help Kids Grow, Children who are picky eaters or have limited appetite due to certain factors may not be growing optimally. PediaSure® is a scientifically formulated nutrition supplement for children between 1-10 years old. Now with PeptiGro System™, PediaSure® helps children achieve catch-up growth. 

Product Features and Benefits:

Recommended for children 1-10 years old whose: 

  • Growth patterns are below those of their age group. 
  • Caloric and nutrient requirements are increased due to medical conditions. 
  • Reduced appetite due to illness resulting in undernourishment. 

Dosage and Directions For Use:

  • Children 1-8 years: Up to 2 servings per day. 
  • Children 9-10 years: Up to 3 servings per day. 
  • To prepare one 225mL serving, pour 190mL of room temperature or cold water into a cup and gradually mix in 5 pressed scoops or 48.6g of PediaSure® powder. 
  • Once mixed, PediaSure® should be either consumed or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours. 
  • PediaSure® can be used with or between meals or as a sole source of nutrition for oral or tube feeding.
  • Tube feeding instructions as per advised by physician or dietitian. 

Ingredients:
Hydrolyzed corn starch, proteins (milk protein concentrate from cow's milk), soy protein isolate, casein hydrolysate, oils (high oleic sunflower oil, soy oil, canola oil, medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil), sucrose, fructo-oligosaccharides, minerals (potassium chloride, calcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium phosphate, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate), emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring (chocolate, vanilla), L-arginine, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from C. cohnii oil, choline chloride, vitamins (ascorbic acid, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, d-calcium pantothenate, niacinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, vitamin A palmitate, folic acid, phylloquinone, biotin, vitamin D3, menaquinone-7, cyanocobalamine), ascorbyl palmitate, taurine, m-inositol, L-carnitine, Lactobacillus acidophilus, mixed tocopherols.

Cautions:

  • Contains vitamin K. Individuals taking warfarin shall seek medical advice before consuming this product. 
  • Never heat formula in a microwave oven. Serious burns can result. 
  • Mixing formula with water above 35ºC may compromise the benefits of the probiotics. 
  • Not for children with galactosemia. 
  • Not for parenteral use. 
    Store unopened can in a cool, dry place at room temperature (not under refrigeration).
  • Opened can should be covered and content used within 3 weeks.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
