Indication: Antiseptic for minor cuts or as an oral rinse.
Directions For Use:
- Antiseptic: Dilute one part peroxide with one part water. Soak cotton wool in the solution and dress the wound.
- Oral rinse: Dilute one part peroxide with five parts water. Gargle for one minute and expel.
Ingredients:
- Hydrogen peroxide 6% w/v
- Benzoic acid 0.01% (preservative)
Cautions:
- Store below 30°C and away from light.
- Keep bottle tightly closed.
- For external use only.
- Do not shake bottle.
- Hold away from face when opening.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Incompatible with reducing agents including organic matter and oxidizable substances and with alkalis, iodides, permanganates, and other stronger oxidizing agents.
- Strong solutions of hydrogen peroxide produce irritating burns on the skin and mucous membrane.
- In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Continued use of the product as an oral rinse may cause reversible hypertrophy of the papillae of the tongue.
