Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Children 1 year and above: Take 1 softgel once daily with meals. Empty softgel content into favourable drink or meal.
• Adults: Take 1-2 softgels once daily after meal.
• Pregnancy: Take 1-3 softgels once daily after meal, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
