Formulated with NHE formula plus caffeine and gingko biloba for medicinal activation that helps people with excessive hair loss. Suitable for those with sensitive scalp.

Application:
1. Squeeze a pea-sized drop (0.5ml) of shampoo should be used for short hair.
2. Squeeze a walnut-sized drop (1-2ml) is suitable for medium-length or thick hair.
3. Squeeze amount that fits in the palm of your hand (3-4ml) if your hair is long or very thick.
4. Pour the required quantity into your hand and rub it lightly between both hands.
5. Spread it all over your hair to ensure that is properly covered.
6. Massage your scalp or leave the shampoo on for a while.
7. Rinse your hair to remove the water.
8. Pat it with the towel after rinsing.

Ingredients: Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Creatine, Zinc PCA, Caffeine, Hydroxypropyl Oxidized Starch PG-Trimonium Chloride, Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Piroctone Olamine, Menthol, Hexyl Nicotinate, Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate, Citric Acid, Parfum, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate.

Directions for use:
1. Wet hair and work shampoo into a lather in the palms of the hands.
2. Massage the whole scalp gently with the finger tips for 2 minutes so the active ingredients can penetrate.
3. Dispense the foam into the length of the hair.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Apply shampoo only once during each washing.

Recommended amount of shampoo:
• Normal scalp condition: Use a full shampoo bottle cap
• Atopic or/and sensitive skin condition: Use 3/4 shampoo bottle cap every second day

Do not use more than the recommended amount of shampoo as this can irritate and cause a reddening of the scalp, especially with sensitive skin. Possible signs of irritation usually disappear within 30 minutes.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
