Sebitar is a brown solution with an odour characteristic of bani fragrance and tar. 

Product Features and Benefits: 

  • For itching and inflamed scalp. 
  • Relieves symptoms of seborrhoeic dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis of the scalp. 
  • Relieves itching scalp and reduces inflammation. 
  • Reduces scaling and flaking. 
  • Solution pH6. 

Directions For Use:

  • Use twice weekly up to once daily if required. 
  • Wet hair. 
  • Apply to affected area. 
  • Massage well. 
  • Apply more to remainder of scalp and hair. 
  • Work into a lather. 
  • Leave on for 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly. 

Ingredients: Tar (pine) 1% w/w, coal tar solution 1% w/w, salicylic acid 2% w/w. Contains benzyl alcohol 1% w/w as preservative. 

Cautions:

  • If symptoms persist after use of Sebitar, please consult your healthcare professional.
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use. 
  • This product is not suitable for people with active or inflamed psoriasis, weeping eczema, erythrodermic or generalized pustular psoriasis, folliculitis or acne vulgaris, photosensitivity. 
  • For external use only. 
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Avoid contact with eyes. 
  • If Sebitar enters eyes, rinse with clean water. 
  • Use Sebitar on the scalp only. 
  • Not recommended for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 
  • Do not apply to acutely inflamed skin. 
  • This product may make you photosensitive. 
  • Coal tar products are generally considered safe to use, but may be messy and unpleasant. Sebitar has been developed to be easy and pleasant to use. 
  • Store below 30ºC.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
