(e) Alerts that keep you informed: Customize your glucose alarm settings in the Sibionics app for high and low glucose alerts. You can turn on the Override Do Not Disturb option to receive alerts even when your phone is in DND mode.

The GS1 sensor has an IP28 waterproof rating (sensor is certified to withstand being submerged in water up to 3.3 feet deep for up to 30 minutes), so you can wear it while sweating, showering, or swimming. 

(h) Easy and painless application: The Sibionics GS1 sensor applicator features a dual-spring design. Compared to single-spring designs, this allows users to insert the sensor easily - with faster speed and less pain.  

Directions For Use:
(A) Set up the app

  • Download the Sibionics App.
  • Sign up with your registered email or follow the instructions to register an account with your email. 
  • Follow the App instructions to set up your App. 

(B) Get ready

  • Select a site on the back of your upper arm. 
  • Use an alcohol wipe to remove any oily residue and allow your skin to dry before applying the sensor. 
  • Peel off the lid on the sensor pack. *The pack should be put on a flat desktop. 
  • Uncover the cap from the sensor applicator. 
  • Press the sensor applicator firmly down on the pack until it comes to a stop. 
  • Lift the sensor applicator out of the sensor pack. 
  • If the sensor is not ready to apply, please repeat Steps 4 and 5.
  • Press and pull the safety clip out. 
  • Place the sensor applicator over the site and push the button down. 
  • Now your sensor is well applied. 

(C) Use Sibionics App

  • Open the App and click the button 'Scan the code to connect'.
  • Use the camera to scan the QR code on the box. 
  • Sensor warm up timer tells you when you will start getting readings. 

(D) Replace your sensor

  • Your sensor automatically stops working after 14 days and must be replaced. 
  • You should also replace your sensor if you notice any irritation or discomfort at the application site.

Best way to wear GS1 CGM: 

  • For an optimal glucose monitoring experience, we recommend wearing it on the upper back of your arm (the fatty part of the arm). 
  • It's also good practice to bend your arm toward yourself when inserting the GS1 CGM. 
  • Avoid extending your arm straight, as this may tighten the arm's muscles and lead to potential pain or bleeding. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
