Similac Isomil Plus Milk Formula 850g (For Children 1-10 Years)

Similac® Isomil® Plus can be recommended for special feeding needs as follows:

  • Cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA)
  • Lactose intolerance
  • Feeding during and after diarrhoea
  • Suitable for children with galactosemia 

Ingredient Focus: 

  • Protein and Zinc are essential for growth. 
  • Calcium aids in the development of strong bones and teeth. 
  • Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. 
  • Also contains Lutein and FOS. 
  • DHA 9.3mg/100g and AA 18.6mg/100g.

Prepared formula may also be fed from a cup, or mixed with cereal or other complementary foods. Use Similac® Isomil® Plus as part of your child's diet. Please consult your healthcare professional if Similac® Isomil® Plus is to be used as complete nutrition. Inappropriate use of Similac® Isomil® Plus as a sole source of nutrition can contribute to inadequate nutrient intake. 

Storage: 

  • Store unopened tin under normal room temperature conditions.
  • Cover opened tin and store in cool, dry place under normal room temperature conditions.  
  • Once tin is opened, contents should be used within 3 weeks. 
  • If you prepare more than one feeding, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. 

Cautions:

  • Please follow the instructions for preparation and storage on this label carefully. Incorrect preparation may cause health risk on your child. 
  • Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
  • Contains Vitamin K, persons taking warfarin shall seek medical advice before consuming this product. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
