SineClear Sinus Rinse is a non-medicated, preservative-free isotonic irrigation solution designed for cleansing the nasal passages and sinus cavities. This gentle formula aids in alleviating congestion triggered by pollution, various irritants, or an accumulation of excess mucus. Its user-friendly application and soothing nature make it a viable choice for post-sinus surgery care, as well as safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is advisable to seek guidance from your healthcare practitioner for any clarifications.

 

Directions for use:

1.Fill the bottle with 250ml of lukewarm, pre-boiled water.

2.Pour the contents of the sachet into the bottle.

3.Tighten the cap and shake the bottle well until contents have completely dissolved.

4.Lean over a basin and insert the nozzle tip into your nostril. While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle to release the liquid into your nasal passage.

5.Blow your nose and sniff the remaining solution. Repeat this step until half of the solution has been used.

6.Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.

 

  • SineClear Sinus Rinse can be used as an isotonic or hypertonic solution with one of two sachets.
  • Sodium Chloride 0.9% (Isotonic): Use 1 sachet of SineClear Sinus Rinse.
  • Sodium Chloride 1.8% (Hypertonic): Use 2 sachets of SineClear Sinus Rinse.
  • Do not use tap water unless sterilised by boiling.
  • Always remember to wash your hands first to avoid contamination.
  • Each bottle must only be used by one user; do not share the bottle with others.
  • Do not use SineClear Sinus Rinse for any other purpose other than nasal irrigation and only use as directed.

 

 

Ingredients:

Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glucose Anhydrous, Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
