SineClear Sinus Rinse is a non-medicated, preservative-free isotonic irrigation solution designed for cleansing the nasal passages and sinus cavities. This gentle formula aids in alleviating congestion triggered by pollution, various irritants, or an accumulation of excess mucus.

Directions For Use:

• SineClear Sinus Rinse can be used as an isotonic or hypertonic solution with one or two sachets.
• Sodium Chloride 0.9% (Isotonic): Use 1 sachet of SineClear Sinus Rinse.
• Sodium Chloride 1.8% (Hypertonic): Use 2 sachets of SineClear Sinus Rinse.
• Fill the bottle with 250ml of lukewarm, pre-boiled water.
• Pour the contents of the sachet into the bottle.
• Tighten the cap and shake the bottle well until contents have completely dissolved.
• Lean over a basin and insert the nozzle tip into your nostril. While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle to release the liquid into your nasal passage.
• Blow your nose and sniff the remaining solution. Repeat this step until half of the solution has been used.
• Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.

Caution:

• Do not use tap water unless sterilised by boiling.
• Always remember to wash your hands first to avoid contamination.
• Each bottle must only be used by one user; do not share the bottle with others.
• Do not use SineClear Sinus Rinse for any other purpose other than nasal irrigation and only use as directed.
