Specially formulated to provide extra strength, pain relief for neck and shoulder aches, stressed, tired and stiff muscles. Soothing with a refreshing scent, Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub Boost feels light and non-greasy.


Directions for Use:

  • Gently massage a sufficient quantity of the cream onto the affected muscles, 2 to 4 times a day.
  • For external use only. Keep out of reach of chidren. Do not use on children under 3 years.
  • For pregnant, nursing women and children less than 12 years, seek medical opinion before use.
  • Avoid wounds, damaged skin and mucous membranes.
  • May cause allergic reaction on some individuals with sensitive skin, test on small area before use. If excessive irritation of the skin develops, discontinue use of this product.
  • If condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than seven days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician.


Caution:

  • This product contains methyl salicylate and when applied or rub on to the skin, can be absorbed through skin into the blood. For patients taking warfarin, excessive application on to the skin for muscle or joint pains may increase the chances of bleeding.
  • Avoid use if known or suspected intolerance to any ingredients of the medicine.
  • In case of accidental ingestion, consult a physician immediately.

  • Menthol 16%
  • Methyl Salicylate 14%
  • Germaben II 0.2% w/w (preservative)

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
