The VERI-Q Blood Glucose Monitoring System monitors blood glucose levels in a patient safely, quickly, and accurately. Diabetic patients and healthcare professionals alike can easily measure the concentration of glucose in whole blood from the fingertip, ventral palm and forearm. The glucometer is indispensable in managing and monitoring the condition of diabetic patients on a day-to-day basis.

β Easy-Edge test strips: VeriQ Instant test strip has the largest dosing window of any major blood glucose test strip. So even novice users can measure blood-glucose levels without any inconvenience.

How to use :
β Before testing, wash your hands with soap/hand wash and water and then dry well. You can also use an alcoholic cotton cloth to clean the finger from which you will draw blood. Do ensure that you wait until the alcohol disappears completely.
β Insert a test strip into the strip slot. You will hear the sound of the beeper.
β The display screen will show the strip and blood symbol. When the Strip and blood symbol appears, the meter is ready to test.
β Unscrew the tip of the lancing device by turning it counter-clockwise.
β While holding the lancet carrier, insert a new sterile lancet into the bottom of the lancet carrier. Twist off the cap of the lancet. Put the tip of the lancing device back on and turn it clockwise.
β Get a blood sample. Hold the lancing device firmly against the side of your finger. Press the release button.
β Touch the blood drop to the sample channel at the end of the strip (Do not drop blood on the strip). When you hear the beeper, you can start the test. After 5 seconds, the result will appear.
β When the blood sample is not sufficient, the display screen will show the message: βEr 3β

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.Β
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).Β
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.Β Β Β
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customerβs payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
