Directions For Use:

• Use only with head in an upright position.
• Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding the other nostril closed.
• Use any time it is needed. 

Ingredients: Menthol 197mg, Camphor 197mg.

Cautions:

• Camphor can cause convulsion and is contraindicated in infants below 2 years old. Not to be used by children below 2 years.
• Caution must be exercised when older children are treated. It is dangerous to place any Camphor containing product into the nostril of children. A small amount applied may cause immediate collapse. 
• For external use only.
• Keep out of reach of children.  
• In case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor. 
• Stop use if experiencing nasal discomfort or hypersensitivity.
• If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. 
• Store below 30°C.
