Directions For Use:

• For a standard serving of 230mL, pour 185mL of room temperature water into a glass. 
• Add 6 level scoops (included) or 60.6g of Ensure® Gold™ powder and stir until dissolved.

Storage:

• Store unopened cans at room temperature.
• Opened cans should be covered and stored in a cool and dry place, but not in the refrigerator. 
• Once the can is opened, use contents within 3 weeks. 
• Reconstituted formula should be used immediately, otherwise covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours. 

Cautions: 

• This product can be used as an oral nutrition supplement or as meal replacement.
• Not for intravenous use. 
• Not for individuals with galactosemia.
• Not recommended for pregnant women and individuals below 18 years old.
• Contains vitamin K. Individuals taking warfarin shall seek medical advice before consuming this product. 
• For tube feeding: Follow physician's/dietitian's directions. When starting tube feeding, the flow rate, volume and dilution are dependent on patient's condition and tolerance. Care should be taken to avoid contamination of this product during preparation and administration.
