The Vitamin D Rapid Test is for the semi-quantitative detection of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25 (OH) D) in human fingerstick whole blood at a cut-off concentration of 30 ± 4ng/mL. This assay provides a preliminary diagnostic test result and can be used to screening for Vitamin D deficiency.

Instructions for Use:

• Prepare all the contents of the kit. Take out the cassette and capillary dropper from the pouch.
• Rotate and pull out the lancet.
• Clean the fingertip by using alcohol pad.
• Press the lancet on the fingertip.
• Keep the hand down and massage the end that was pricked.
• Draw blood using capillary dropper to the fill line. Do not squeeze the bulb.
• Squeeze the bulb on the cassette to release the blood.
• Place 2 drops of buffer on the cassette.
• Read results at 10 minutes.
• Compare the T line with color card.
