Appeton Wellness 60+ Diabetic is an easy-to-digest nutrition for seniors. Appeton Wellness 60+ Diabetic suit seniors physiological needs arising from changes in their gastrointestinal function and metabolism rate. Appeton Wellness 60+ Diabetic is suitable for individuals who are gluten and lactose intolerant.

Product Benefits:

  • Promote healthy digestive system. Formulated inulin and pea fiber to help maintain a healthy digestive system.

Dosage and Directions For Use:

  • Take 2-3 servings per day. 
  • When used as a meal replacement: Follow physicians and dietitians directions.
  • When used for tube feeding: Use under medical supervision. Follow physicians and dietitians directions. The flow rate, volume and dilution depend on the patient condition and physiological tolerance.
  • Add 5 levelled scoops of Appeton Wellness 60+ Diabetic (53.2g) and add 200mL of warm water to prepare a 240mL drink (1mL = 1kcal). 
  • Use the scoop provided in the tin. 

Cautions:

  • Contains Vitamin K, persons taking warfarin shall seek medical advice before consuming this product.
  • Opened tin should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place but not refrigerated, away from contamination.
  • After first opening, recommended to use contents within 1 month.
  • Close tin tightly with the plastic cap after each opening.
  • Not for parenteral use.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
