Artelac® Lipids is best suited for use to calm and relieve persistent dry eye symptoms due to chronic tear deficiency. Due to the complex nature of tear dysfunction, there are limited treatments; however, Artelac® Lipids is designed to support the three layers of the tear film including the outer-lipid layer for maximum relief and moisture retention on the surface of the eye. The product was designed for people suspected of having evaporative tear dysfunction, but given the properties of this product, people with more severe and persistent dry eye can also benefit from using this product in addition to their original dry eye product.

Directions For Use:
Treatment for dry eye conditions requires an individual regime according to the severity and intensity of your symptoms. Instill 1 drop of Artelac® Lipids into the conjunctival sac 3-5 times daily, or more frequently, if required.
Ingredients: 2mg/g carbomer, medium chain triglyceride (lipids), sorbitol, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium hydroxide and water for injection.
Important info about using Artelac® Lipids:
- In order to increase tolerability, Artelac® Lipids does not contain any preservatives and each dose should be discarded after use.
- Please do not use Artelac® Lipids after the expiry date.
- In rare cases, this product can cause hypersensitive reactions. Treatment should be discontinued in such cases.
- If you are using different eye preparations, wait approximately 15 minutes before using the second drops.
- If you wear contact lenses, wait approximately 15 minutes before putting them in.
Shipping
Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.
In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg.
Delivery
We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia).
Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.
Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.
Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.
In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
Orders will be delivered:
Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days
Return & Refund Policy
AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.
This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.
Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.
Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.
Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund.
Cancellation
AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.
The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
