Avenex Hyalure Multi Action Eye Wash is a relieving and moisturizing isotonic cleansing solution. Containing Hyaluronic Acid, Aloe Vera and Euphrasia Extract, it is pH-balanced to ensure gentle care for your eyes.

  • Gentle and moisturizing.
  • Relieves dry, irritated, tired eyes and for conditions exacerbated by digital device use, atmospheric pollution, air conditioning, heat, wind and sun exposure.

Directions For Use:
(A) Use with eyecup

  • Wash your hands.
  • Before each application, rinse the eyecup well with the solution.
  • Fill the eyecup with the solution.
  • Rest the eyecup on your eye.
  • Slightly tilt your head and keeping your eye open to allow contact with the solution for a few seconds.
  • If necessary, repeat the operation several times, replacing the solution each time.
  • Rinse the eyecup with water after each use.
  • Dispose according to local laws.

(B) Use without eyecup

  • Irrigate your eye with abundant solution being careful never to let the tip of the bottle come into contact with it.
  • Wait a few seconds and repeat the operation a few times. For a more effective result, you can repeat the treatment several times a day.
  • Dispose according to local laws.

Ingredients:
Hyaluronic acid 0.02%, aloe vera gel 0.1%, euphrasia (euphrasia officinalis) fluid extract 0.1%, disodium edetate (EDTA), polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB), phosphate buffer, sodium chloride, deionized water.

Cautions:

  • After the first opening, contents must be used within 3 months (90 days).
  • In case of eye irritation, stop using the product and contact a specialist.
  • Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the product components.
  • Do not let the tip of the bottle touch your eye or eyelid.
  • Do not use the product while wearing contact lenses.
  • Always wash the eyecup before using it with the solution.
  • Do not reuse the solution.

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
