Belcid suspension is used in symptomatic relief of gastric hyperacidity, heartburn, flatulence (wind) and stomach and intestinal ulcer pain. It contains aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and simethicone. It is an antacid which relieves symptoms by neutralizing stomach acid and has an antifoaming agent which aids removal of gas. 

Dosage and Directions For Use: 

• Shake well before use. 
• Adults: 1 tablespoon, 4 times daily, 1 hour after meals and at bedtime or as directed by the physician. 
• Should not be taken at the same time as other medicines. These medicines should be spaced 1-2 hours from doses of belcid. 

Each 15mL contains:

• Aluminium hydroxide gel USP equivalent to aluminium hydoxide USP 918mg
• Magnesium hydroxide USP 300mg
• Simethicone USP 60mg 
• Methylparaben 0.18% w/s and propylparaben 0.02% w/v as preservatives.

Cautions:

• Do not allow this product to freeze. 
• Store in dry place at temperature not exceeding 30ºC. 
• Keep medicine out of reach of children.
