Bellamy's Organic Equispire Step 3 Toddler Milk Drink is a premium formulated supplementary milk drink, carefully crafted to support active toddlers from 1 to 3 years of age, when dietary intake may be inadequate. An enriched alternative to ordinary cow's milk, our Toddler Milk Drink is made from certified organic cow's milk with 16 essential vitamins and minerals. 

Product Features and Benefits:

  • No sucrose (but contains lactose), no colours, no flavours.

Directions For Use:

  • Wash hands before preparing. 
  • Wash and rinse cup and stirring utensils thoroughly. 
  • Use only the enclosed scoop. Always use a dry scoop. 
  • Fill scoop and level off using the levelling blade on the tin. Always add one level scoop of powder to each 50mL drinking water. 
  • Children 12-36 months: Add 4 scoops (36.4g) of powder to 200mL of safe drinking water.
  • Stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder. Serve immediately. Prepare separately and discard unfinished drinks.
  • Recommended 1-2 servings per day.

Ingredients:
Organic milk solids 88.9% [organic whole milk liquid or powder (cow's milk), organic skim milk liquid or powder (cow's milk), organic demineralised whey powder (cow's milk), organic lactose powder (cow's milk)], organic vegetable oil [organic soy oil, organic sunflower oil, emulsifier (organic soy lecithin)], organic galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) (cow's milk), dried DHA (fish) oil [milk solids (cow's milk), emulsifier (soy lecithin), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate)], organic fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), minerals (calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, potassium iodide, magnesium chloride), vitamins (sodium ascorbate, vitamin E acetate, niacinamide, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D3, vitamin B12, thiamin hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid).

Cautions:

  • Contains milk, fish and soy. Bellamy's Organic Equispire is based on cow's milk protein.
  • Not suitable for infants below 12 months of age. Breast milk is the best food for infants. This product is not the only food for children. 
  • Always store in a cool, dry place before and after opening. 
  • Use contents within 4 weeks of opening. 
  • Some settling of the powder may occur. 
  • Do not use if foil seal is damaged or missing. 
  • Once opened, remove foil seal completely, and keep tin closed with plastic lid.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Refund & Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
