One Step hCG Pregnancy Test is a self-performing immunoassay designed for the qualitative determination of Human Chorionic Gonadototropin (hCG) in urine for early detection of pregnancy.

Assay Procedure:

• Remove the test stick from the foil pouch.
• Remove the cap to expose the absorbent tip (sample well).
• Urinate on the absorbent tip (sample well) only until it is thoroughly wet.
• Lay the test stick down on a flat surface with the windows on top.
• Read the result at 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret result after 5 minutes.

Tips: The first morning urine is preferred, for it generally contains the highest concentration of hCG.

Interpretation of Results:

• Positive: Two pink lines appear both in the control region (C) and test region (T).
• Negative: Only one pink line appears in the control region (C).
• Invalid: No line appears in the control region (C).
