Blackmores Echinacea Forte 3000 contains a standardized extract of Echinacea purpurea, which is traditionally used to relieve symptoms of cold. 

Dosage and Directions For Use:

• Adults: Take 2-3 tablets a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Ingredient: Echinacea purpurea dry herb juice 66.7mg (equivalent to fresh herb 3000mg) - standardised to contain beta 1,2-D-oligofructofuranosides 1.6mg.
