Blackmores Optiblu contains 10mg Lutein: 2mg Zeaxanthin (5:1 ratio). These natural carotenoids of Lutein and Zeaxanthin are from marigold flower extract. The high strength Lutein plus Zeaxanthin maintains eye health with its antioxidant properties. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are carotenoids which are not produced by the body, need to get from diet. In addition to support eye health, Lutein also functions as an antioxidant.
