Directions For Use:

• Open pack and paste on underwear. 
• Wait 1 minute (patch will heat up by itself), maximum temperature in 30 minutes.
• After 1 hour, remove patch for 5 minutes to let skin rest.

Ingredients: Iron, activated carbon, water, salt. 

Cautions:

• Do not use while sleeping. May cause burns.
