Directions For Use:

• Open pack and hang around neck area that needs relief. Secure with velcro.
• Wait 1 minute (patch will heat up by itself), maximum temperature in 30 minutes.
• After every 1 hour, remove patch for 5 minutes to let skin rest.

Ingredients: Iron, activated carbon, water, salt. 

Cautions:

• Do not use while sleeping. May cause burns.
• Do not stick directly on skin if using for first time.
• Do not use if you have sensitive/red skin.
• Remove immediately if patch gets too hot.
• Check skin frequently during use, remove product immediately if you find irritation or blisters.
