Ingredient Focus:

• Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis (BB-12): Proven effective in improving gut and immune functions for overall health. 
• Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG): Proven effective against allergies, IBS, and severe infections. 
• Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei (L-Casei 431): Proven effective against respiratory tract infection and common digestive issues. 
• Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5): Proven effective against H. pylori, diarrhoea, and constipation. 

Dosage and Directions For Use:
