ChlorHEX 4% w/v Antiseptic Solution is an antimicrobial solution, containing 4% chlorhexidine gluconate which has antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties. It is effective against a wide range of bacteria and inhibits some viruses and is active against some fungi.

 

Directions for use:

  • Do not dilute. To be used full strength.
  • As a surgical hand scrub: Remove all jewelry on hands and wrist. Wet hands and forearms with water and then apply 5ml of ChlorHex 4% Antiseptic Solution. Scrub hands and forearms for 3 minutes paying attention to nails, cuticles and interdigital spaces. Rinse with wate and then apply 5ml of ChlorHex 4% Antiseptic Solution. Wash for another 3 minutes and rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • As a healthcare personnel handwash: Wet hands and forearms and apply 3-5ml ChlorHex 4% Antiseptic Solution. Scrub for 1 minute then rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • For general skin cleansing: Thoroughly rinse area to be cleansed with water. Apply the minimum amount of ChlorHex 4% Antiseptic Solution necessary to cover the skin. Wash gently and rinse thoroughly with water.
  • ChlorHex 4% Antiseptic Solution is not meant for routine cleansing of skin or wounds which involve more than superficial layers.
  • ChlorHex 4% Antiseptic Solution is not to be used for repeated general skin cleansing of large body areas except in those patients whose underlying condition required reduction in the bacterial population of the skin.

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
