Condropil contains glucosamine which forms a key part of cartilage (the cushioning substance between bones in the joints) while chondroitin acts by preventing damage or breakdown of cartilage. Glucosamine and chondroitin act to increase synovial fluid production, thereby providing lubricant activity for proper joint function.

Indication: Used to relieve joint problems related to osteoarthritis. 

Dosage and Directions For Use:

  • Light or moderate osteoarthritis symptoms: 2 capsules twice daily for at least 6 weeks or according to prescription. 
  • Severe osteoarthritis symptoms: Initial treatment of 2 capsules three times daily is recommended for at least 8-12 weeks. 
  • Follow up therapy: Maintenance therapy should be followed for 3-4 months (as according to prescription) by administration of 2 capsules taken twice daily. 
  • The treatment of osteoarthritis should be repeated every 6 months or less (according to prescription). 
  • Condropil can be taken anytime of the day and preferably before meals. 

Ingredients: 

  • Glucosamine sulphate 250mg
  • Chondroitin sulphate 200mg (fish origin) 

Cautions:

  • Do not take a double dose to make up for the forgotten one. Just take the next dose at the usual time. 
  • Do not take if you are allergic to glucosamine or chondroitin or any of the ingredients in the product. 
  • Not recommended for people who are allergic to seafood. 
  • Avoid use during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
  • Avoid use in children.
  • Keep out of reach of children. 
  • Store at below 30ºC in dry place away from heat, moisture and light. 

Shipping

Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The delivery rate can be viewed upon checkout.

In general, we will be using Ninja Van for majority of the orders, particularly all local orders to East Malaysia & West Malaysia with a maximum weight of 30kg. 

Delivery

We provide delivery across Malaysia (including Peninsular & East Malaysia). 

Parcels will be delivered using our appointed courier companies to your preferred address.

Any changes to the delivery address are not possible after payment is made. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct and accurate before making payment.   

Delivery will be available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and local Public Holidays.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and shipped out as soon as possible after packing. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your orders are shipped out.

In the event that delivery to some locations is not possible, our Customer Support Team may contact customers via WhatsApp Business Phone to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

Orders will be delivered:

Within Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Within East Malaysia: 5-8 working days

Return & Refund Policy

AA Pharmacy promises to provide our utmost efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled.

This Exchange, Return, Refund Policy is ONLY applicable for orders and deliveries via AA Pharmacy E-Store.  

Should there be any discrepancies in product(s) delivered, or if you wish to seek further assistance, customers may contact our AA Customer Support Team (details below) to report on the products within 7 days of receiving your parcel, otherwise AA Pharmacy reserves the right to reject the claim.

Our Customer Support Team will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the customer’s application is successful and provide instruction for the next course of action.

Walk-ins will not be entertained at any AA Pharmacy retail outlets.

Upon approval for order refund, AA E-Store will take 2-3 working days to process the refund request and another 7-14 working days for the bank/payment gateway to process the refund. 

    Cancellation

    AA Pharmacy E-Store reserves the right to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reason. If this occurs, notification will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email and payment will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will be credited into customer’s payment account (i.e., Credit card/bank account/e-wallet/FPX) within 7-14 days from the refund date.

    The customer is not allowed to cancel order once the order is confirmed and/or the parcel has been collected by the appointed courier company.
