DuoDERM® CGF™ Dressing is a hydrocolloid, moisture-retentive wound dressing used for partial and full-thickness wounds with exudate. It incorporates a unique ConvaTec hydrocolloid formulation that distinguishes it from other hydrocolloid dressings. DuoDERM® CGF™ Dressing is indicated for chronic wounds - pressure ulcers (Stage I-IV), leg ulcers. Acute wounds - traumatic wounds (minor abrasions, lacerations) partial thickness burns and donor sites.

Directions For Use:

• A clean, dry site is required. Select a dressing that extends at least 3cm beyond the wound edges.
• After removing the silicone backing paper, gently roll the dressing over the wound and mould into place for secure adhesion.
• DuoDERM® CGF™ dressing may be used as a secondary dressing, in combination with other appropriate dressings such as, but not limited to, AQUACEL®, DuoDERM® Hydroactive® Gel or Kaltostat® dressing.
• To remove, press down on the skin and gently roll the dressing away.
• Maximum recommended weartime is up to seven days.

Caution:

• This product should not be used on individuals who are sensitive to or who have had an allergic reaction to the dressing or its components.
• This product does not contain latex.
• Sterility is guaranteed unless package is damaged or opened prior to use.
• For single use only.
