Douching Instructions:

• Pour 15ml of intimate liquid wash into douche and add 150-180ml of water to mix.
• Relax and gently insert applicator as far as possible into the genital.
• Gently squeeze douche bottle to allow the intimate wash to flow into the genital until the solution is used up.
• Remove douche and repeat wash with clean water. Clean the douche and applicator for re-use later.
